Rental Partnership Agreements have an initial 30-day term.

You are required to provide a minimum 30 days’ notice to terminate your Partnership Agreement.

Do I need to list all of my publicly advertised properties on Trade Me?

Yes, you will have to advertise all of your advertised inventory on Trade Me and they will all be upgraded to the chosen Partnership Agreement product.

Can I exclude certain listings?

As it stands, we do not offer exclusions in Rental on Partnership Agreements.

Our office is in Auckland but we list properties throughout New Zealand, what zone do we fall under?

Rental does not have any zoning and so is therefore uniform across the country.

Do I pay extra for BrandingPlus with my Partnership Agreement?
No, BrandingPlus is included in the cost of your Premium Listing Partnership Agreement so there is no additional charge for BrandingPlus.

What will happen to my Premium Listings when Premium expires?

On the expiry of your 1, 2, or 3 Week Premium Listing, your listing reverts to a Feature listing until the listing is withdrawn or the property is rented.

Do I still pay a base fee?

Partnership Agreement customers do not pay a base listing fee, you only pay for your Partnership Agreement product per listing and any additional upgrades.

How do I submit my ad creative for BrandingPlus?

Once your ad creative is ready, please email it to propertyagents@trademe.co.nz with the subject line 'Branding Plus [Insert office name]' to get it loaded onto your office listings. Please see here for the Branding Plus creative requirements.
