General differences between Trade Me Property mobile apps and desktop.
Display of Rateable value (RV)
On desktop the RV is displayed at the top of the listing and just below the Picture Gallery. You can change or remove that number from your end.
In the Trade Me Property app that RV number is not displayed. Under the Property Insights part of the listing an RV may be displayed. To get this number updated you can send through official council/QV records for the property. For more information on Property Insights see our FAQs.
Address on the search result page lacks district on app.
On desktop, the address on the search results page would show as "1 Trade Me Lane, Parklands, Christchurch City".
On the Trade Me Property app it would show as "1 Trade Me Lane, Parklands, Canterbury".
