Bevan was very friendly and responsive. He sent someone to view our problem straight away, and when they identified that it was an electrical fault that they weren't able to fix they recommended a sparky and even followed up to ensure the problem had been fixed. Great customer service, professional and competent.

Bevan was really fast in his reply and addressed our blocked toilet promptly. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, I had thought was roots in the drain, after talking bevan told me we had flushed a toilet freshener into the trap, while sounds funny turned out to be correct and was a bit of a pain as out toilet is tiled into the ground. Some good thinking to solve issues and we are very happy. Good worker that came over too and we recommend Hydroflame to anyone for plumbing or drainage work.

Called - Bevan - Ask for come & see the job & give us a quote... first time in New Zealand some one told me that it will cost me $100 plus GST to get, Normally trade person come & look the job & give us free quote & quote is reasonable they get business. Sorry but my feedback is not good.

Bevan is the tradie you wish others would be like. He returns calls, turns up on time, and doesn’t charge the earth for his skills. We hired him recently to install a Rheem gas hot water system. He is good at his job, and it shows. He has that calm, organised, no-fuss, cheerful work ethic that brings peace of mind, especially with stuff like gas fitting. Awesome service again from Bevan. This is the second time we have used Hydroflame and are still impressed at their service. We’ve spent the past 18 months renovating our house. Out of all the tradespeople we dealt with Bevan was by far the best. Bevan replaced some hot water cylinder valves at a rental property for me. He did a great job, the water pressure is significantly higher, minimal loss of water through the overflow as well. No hesitation in recommending him.

Absolutely thrilled with all the work Bevan did for us. He did the plumbing for our washing machine, and also removed, and installed our shower, and two toilets.
