Too Busy - Don't Care! Doesn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge emails or message. Sent him a couple of emails and msg to get a quote for a new house drainage and plumbing work but didn't get any response, so after waiting for few weeks tried to call to hear that he is too busy! How about taking your add off Trade me if you are too busy and cannot take anymore new jobs or at list have the courtesy to respond to the emails so that customer can make other arrangements and don't waste time.

Very, very happy with the great, friendly service that was provided. I had a blocked kitchen sink and Craftsman Plumbing were here in less than 2 hours. The price was very reasonable too.

It is so hard to find a tradesman of this calibre and when you do you spread the word. I have used Richard and Craftsman Plumbing for a few jobs and also recommended him to friends, they never disappoint ! Friendly, punctual, clean, price conscious and very obliging. I cannot overrate how good they are and it gives real piece of mind to know there are good guys out there.

Contacted Richard due to his awesome feedback and wasn't disappointed. Communication was great and fast (job was done by the time another plumber actually got back to me 5 days later). Richard and Chris smashed out replacing our 2 H/W cylinders for a gas system in 1 day in atrocious weather. Highly recommended and will ask them back to complete another small job.

Unreal service, old hot water cylinder was out and new gas water heater was installed within about 4 hours of me making a phone call. If all tradies were this easy to deal with the world would be a better place. Would happily recommend.

Awesome service! I called Richard at 12:10pm because we had no hot water since the night before. We had a Vulcan Freeloader which needed to be replaced. He came straight away and we met at 1:30pm the same afternoon for installing a RinnaiA26. The job was carried out in the efficient manner; he was super quick, honest and a very nice man. The site was left clean and the most important part was that he removed the giant old cylinder which would had been a headache for us! Highly recommended!!!
