Calvin has done an excellent sanding work for my old floor including nail removing and gap filling with good price. The result of the job pretty exceeded our expectation and it's done on time within budget. Absolutely would call on Calvin again. Highly recommended.

I was not at Auckland during the time Calvin was making my floor sanding for me, Calvin did everything perfect even I was not here. As it's the summer season, and my house just did some updo work, there's no curtains but he help me to cover the windows and doors, and check many times after finished his job to see if everything is ok during my absent.He is such a trustable personand made the great job for me, thanks so much Calvin
