Yong is definately an expert with high standards. Came out at short notice and fixed my washing machine. Knew what he was doing and a nice man you can trust. Will use him again if I ever need.

I had a problem with a 10kg CleanSmart going out of balance and taking forever to complete the wash. I contacted Young who came out the same day and replaced the suspension rods, tested the machine, checked the safety of the machine and left. His price was as quoted - very reasonable and so far the machine has worked well without any out of balance issues. I will use his services again.

I highly recommend Yong. He is very efficient, an expert in his work with F & P fridges & washing machines. We have bought a fridge and washing machine from him and we still have them years later. He has fixed a couple of issues we've had over the years promptly, same day and at a reasonable cost. Always polite, lovely to deal with.

Once again, outstanding service from Yong. Emailed him one day, got a response the next and he was there within the hour. He fixed my old washer so it will give a bit more service, with parts he had in the van. He is pleasant, reliable, very competent and his charges are reasonable. Totally 100% recommended.

Great guy, great service ... our freezer unit was switching off for reason unknown to us .. rang Yong who turned up within an hr and a bit, explained what may be the issue and the part that needed replacing and how the part worked. Most technicians don't do this they just do the job and leave Yong is the best tech we've had he also gave us 6 months warranty on the part installed

Yong was able to come to us the next after we rang him, which was a Saturday. Fisher and Paykel said it would take almost 2 weeks to get someone out - the fridge and freezer were already heating up. 100% RECOMMENDED! Rang Yong at 9.30am this morning after A1 canx last minute on a confirmed appointment! It's now 1.20pm and not only is our washing machine fixed (was leaking and needed new water pump), It cost $60 cheaper than the minimum price A1 gave. Yong gave our machine a full check and gave a realistic report, he also tidied up some loose wires. Great service, lovely guy.

CALL YONG! Best washing machine repairman ever. Arrived bang on 11am. Diagnosed fault, got new parts out of car and replaced the faulty ones. By 11.45am I was waving goodbye to him. Machine and taps had been tested and machine moved to where it should've been in the wash house as Yong installed a drain hose holder. Before that machine was sitting in middle of wash house as hose was too short. Nice, polite and efficient. Thanks Yong.
