My furniture was sweet az they did the job professionally like soldiers and there was no mucking around. I would recommend this team to anyone else who is looking at moving out. I was told by Mark and his team that was not their fault but I would like to emphasis that's not customer's fault as well. I recommend to use a fixed charge for such a circumstances to prevent from this unfair charges. All traffic jam cost pushes to customer side which I don't think that's fair to customer. By the way, thanks your team and their efforts.

m******2 (392 Tuesday, 3 December 2019Overall, got there, nothing damaged, 2 removal men polite and professional. They were late - though they did advise they were running late. But then they went to the delivery address not the pick up address which made them later still,this affected other things I was doing that day. Then they arrived and didn't find the entrance to the house, had been emailed to them so they hadn't taken notice of that. They didnt use truck lane to get on m' way which would save time. Use but allow extra time!
