What an awesome experience with SmartExpress, the third time we have used these movers. Kyle did a great job quoting up the move, and Rusty and his team were simply awesome on the day. It turned out to be a bigger move than expected, and the humor and attitude of the three boys, even with pushing a damn heavy piano up a flight of stairs, was great and made for a enjoyable day! My experience with Smart Express was exceptional. Kyle went well beyond his line of duties to help me with my shift. sent a quote promptly which was truly comparable, communicated with me constantly nothing left to chance. He was on time at the crack of dawn to do the first load, and then obliged me by opening up the storage again for the second. They were recommended to me and I would use them again and recommend them to others. The boys were excellent couldn't fault them careful obliging

Got a quote on Friday for $95 an hour + $50 travel, rang again Monday to book and for the exact same items and distance described on friday I was quoted $120 an hour + $110 travel??? Same guy both times, just generally condescending.

Called SmartExpress to transport a dining table after another delivery person fell through. Cost was more expensive but reasonable as this is an established moving business with multiple trucks and employees. Therefore, they had several openings for same-day and next-day transport. Service was great - showed up on time, called me with updates, and movers were pleasant to deal with. I would use them again.

We highly recommend Smart Express. Our job was the pick-up and delivery of a king bed and base purchased on Trade Me. Chris in Customer Service efficiently handled our initial enquiry and subsequent booking. In the van were Ben and Swamy, who were excellent in communicating and doing the carrying. Ben phoned both seller and buyer on the way to pick-up and later phoned the recipient when on his way to the delivery address. The whole job was very efficient and stress free.

Unfortunately I did not experience good customer service: 1. They forgot part of the product to be delivered ( I understand mistakes can be made we are all human). 2. I was unable to pay due to their eftpos machine not working and they had no petty cash. 3. They did return later that day after I called customer service (and gave me my change in 20c coins). However no record was made of the payment to the company and I was called two days later by a manager enquiring about payment!

I called at a very inconvenient time (2am) and actually got an answer! I was able to book a moving van for later that day which was pretty incredible given the extreme short notice. Very helpful and friendly staff and mover, highly recommended. Would definitely call again! But maybe not at 2am :)

Cant praise this company enough... Moved big 4 bedroom house from Flat Bush to Pakuranga.
