We wash, sanitise and dry all cloths and mops at our own house everyday. We do not wash/clean the cloths and mops at customers' houses. We do not reuse cloths and mops on the same day, we switch to clean ones for hygiene
Cloths are assorted according to its colour and usage:
- Bathroom and shower booth(towel type cloth)
- Toilet (yellow color cloth)
- Dusting (blue/green color cloth)
- Kitchen (red/pink color cloth).

When he called on the 24/April, we could not return the call on the same day as we were so busy before ANZAC day. All our staffs are Korean and we have had difficulties providing service to Korean customers in the past. We thoroughly explained this to ericnzk. They are reliable (even in Auckland traffic!), completely trust worthy and do an amazing job every time. Icing on the cake they are really competitive with the pricing, they were 1/2 the price of Life Maid Easy (literally) and did a FAR better job.
