Ordered End of Tenancy clean and got very poor service - shower drain was still full of mould, dishwasher still had pieces of food in it, toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and they claimed sink marks were permanent but I was able to clean them myself. Spent hours recleaning after their visit, they did not acknowledge what a poor job had been done and had to fight to try and get an adequate refund which has not come even after sending photos proving the poor job
Trader responded Wednesday, 28 February 2018We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. It's our policy to re-clean the property if the client is not happy with the job. We offered to re-cleaning free of charge next day but we were never given a chance to re-clean the place. The client asked for $110 refund. We settled on $50 refund. After receiving the partial refund of $50, the client asked for another $110 and threatened us to take to the dispute tribunal which is unfair.
