Sm 3 brm house, No furniture. came on time thats a plus. didn't answer Txt re- the cost (day before appt) that is Minus, said cost is higher because product is very expensive, really!, $180.00 15 minutes later all finished, no spot cleaning cleaning, i asked if he could do a few spots a bit better, his answer, that its worn and it will dry clean. Really!. his big machine bent my door metal frame i had too get a hammer to knock it back as my door wouldn't shut. Really! wouldn't use again.

Kept having to keep an eye on Alex as he missed many areas. We did not have a good experience. There was an excuse made for every carpet stain saying that "it can't be done" so we kept having to push him to clean it. Eventually he tried and stains looked much better. Found it frustrating as he did not have any furniture cover (for the legs) so mum and I cut plastic and protected furniture ourselves as he does not move furniture. Charged extra money and was unprepared for job. Wont use again.

We have used Alex before and we cannot fault his work. The products he uses and the standard with which he carries out his work is impeccable. We are always so impressed at how our carpets and furniture come out after he has finished! We will continue to use this amazing service and highly recommend him.
