This is a fishing drop release mechanism for the Mavic pro model drones. This has a built-in battery and is light controlled, controlled via setting the light on the drone to trigger the opening of the mechanism (c1/c2 button)

Warnings for use:

Don‘t fly with the fishing line empty (the weight of the rope itself is too light and can result in the cable getting caught in the rotors)
