The Amazon Playhouse.

After years of fun and entertainment our kids have outgrown our playhouse so it is time for someone else to enjoy it.

Made in Rangiora by Besters Outdoor Living these playhouses are built solid and even after years of use it still looks like new. Regularly Treated with Forestwood Kwila Oil timber stain and recently coated this playhouse is ready to go. The playhouse has always been lifted off the ground to allow airflow underneath so all the timber is solid. Inside there are 3 x perspex sliding windows with a blackboard and a cabinet, both of which can be removed. Everything else is in excellent condition apart from a small corner of timber that has broken off the front right porch picket.

The dimensions of the playhouse overall are 2600mm long x 2000mm wide. Inside 2000mm x 1800mm. Front porch 2000mm x 800mm. Inside side walls 1400mm high and 1900mm head height at the apex of the roof. At 6 foot I can easily stand inside.

The playhouse is located near the front of our section. Options for pickup:

• A trailer and some strong people. It is very heavy but it could be jacked up to put onto a trailer.
• Kitset. When we put it together originally I replaced all the nails with stainless steel screws so it can come apart fairly easily into the wall sections, roof and floor.
• A hiab truck could get close enough to easily lift it on.
