Kiko is a very loving, good natured wee girl. Can get overexcited, very enthusiastic and jumpy at times - calm patient handling needed but overall she's great. Learns very well with food rewards.

Has mixed in really well with the other dogs. Well suited to a home that has a laid back adult dog. She loves the other younger dog here but playtime is supervised as they can get overstimulated.

Good at the vets, on the lead, loves sniff walks. Gets car sick, getting her slowly used to travel.

Cat free home is best. Dog confident kids 12 years plus. House trained, sleeps inside. Not suited to a full time working home.

Adoption process: application form, property visit, vet history check. We do meetings once the adoption process is successfully completed.

$350 - neutered, micro-chipped - NZCAR, registered, fully vaccinated, Flea/worm up to date.

South Island adoptions only. Owner occupied homes. We do home out of the district and can arrange property visits. We do not send the dogs away on transporters.

• Needs 6ft fencing/gates.
