• Rooms are serviced upon departure (not cleaned/replenished daily) but sufficient amenities are provisioned for the duration of stay.
• Studio Units DO NOT have cooking facilities
• Under cover parking at hotel if available will be NZ$35 per night
• All rooms are strictly non-smoking
• The amount paid is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled.

Room is suitable for 2 X ADULTS. Maximum of 2 people can be accommodated with this booking. Strictly no changes to dates or amendments permitted as this is already booked through my timeshare membership that I am unable to utilise due to other commitments that have now come up. I will just need to transfer details on guests once known. If booked directly with hotel will be ~$1200 do validate yourself by going online to the hotel site
