SALTGLAZE is a practical book in the UK Ceramic Skillbooks series and has pictures of pottery created by this method. Written by Peter Starkey and published by Pitman in 1977. Plans of kilns included. The book is a large format 205 x 205 mm paperback and the back covers have been reinforced with cardboard there is also a name and date on the title page. 88 pages with many black & white pictures of pottery that has been salt glazed as well as detailed directions on how to actually apply salt to the kiln –quantities and so on.
