Stroller seat can be fully reclined to lie flat (both rear and forward facing). Stroller includes rain cover, sun cover and foot muff. From a smoke free, pet free home. Frame has a few scuff marks. Good used condition. Stroller clip has a small part broken off (as seen in pictures) but secures fine. I have been using it. Can be folded down in one unit when forward facing.
