Combined desk & king single bed - all in one unit.

Simply pull the two end pins & then fold the desk area down (with everything still on the desk!) when you want to use the bed. Standalone - not attached to the wall.

This is a brilliant/clever setup - Perfect for an apartment or spare room / office.

My father purchased this unit back in April 2014 for a room in their retirement village apartment. I started using it in 2018 as a desk (we have not used the bed). We are now downsizing so hence selling.

Desk in "Oak" colour & Sealy king single mattress are in excellent condition. See photos - no marks or scratches.

Important - Unit is currently fully assembled per photos - the buyer will need to take the unit apart in order to remove it from the existing room. Buyer is responsible for taking the unit apart using your own tools, pick up, and reassembly (no instructions). I used stick on circles to hide various screws etc which should just peel away. If you are not "practically minded" then I suggest you contact the Hidden Bed company to see if they can suggest an installer in your area. When I moved it I took it apart & reassembled it, but needed to get someone in the know to do the last bit so that the mechanics of the system work perfectly. Hence the price.

Mattress = 2020 by 1070 & approx 180mm deep

The computer screen in the photo is approx 440mm high & I needed to move it forward a fraction in order to fold down the bed, so that is around max height of items you can leave on the desk.
