Dosage: Adults: 3 - 5ml - take 3 times daily.

Detoxification Program Dose ( or if adult dose causes nausea): Days 1 - 3: 1 - 2ml up to 3 times daily; Days 4 onwards: 3 - 5ml up to 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water or juice
