So does the tracking system go down the back and stop at the bas of the back or does it continue under the butt to the thighs/hamstring area? The hamstrings and thighs get massage from the compression bags on each side. The heating system is up to the buttocks too. We purchased the chair just under 3 years ago. It is of excellent good used condition (no rips, holes) + regularly cleaned. We are really only selling as my husband bought a new one.
