• 17.2mm Ball to Suit Garmin
• Adjustable arm angle that locks in position.
• Giant 68mm suction cup for greater holding power (Garmin standard mounts are 55mm) Some Garmin knock-offs are just not worth having. The balls are loose & the cup degrades quickly in summer heat. I went through 3 in 4 years before coming across this model.

I use it with my Nuvi 3597 LMT. This is a heavier professional GPS with Gorrilla Glass display, magnetic attachment & charging port & this mount works so much better than the original.

Handy Tips for use (work no matter if you buy from me or keep with what you have):

1. Try to have the GPS hanging as low as possible under the centre of the suction cup. It balances the load on the suction cup so less likely to prize the cup off the window.
2. Leave a little room for the GPS to move all ways on the ball, so it has room to move when you hit a pot-hole or similar.
3. Bend the charge cable a little & feed 40-50mm into a slot in the demister grill. Should the GPS fall off your mount, it won’t go far & less likely to break.
