We bought a truck and trailer load of 1/4 round fence posts from Repost and have 370 left to sell. Repost get their posts from vineyards on the South Island and repurpose them you cna check them out online. Repost have just been recognized by the Fencing association.

No worries about durability, reuse a product that would otherwise be going to landfill, less toxic leaching into the immediate soil around you, decrease the number of treated posts getting made, I can't think of a downside.
