Blacksmith’s Hardy hole tool, for use attached to an anvil. Very large. May be fairly uncommon, I can’t find such a thing online.

Overall length is 800mm. Rounded spike is about 320mm. Flat end is about 410mm Height 430mm

Good quality old engineering steel. Tip of flat end has some kind of small cut or gouge. See photos.

The end that goes into the hardy hole has a square cross-section, with measurements shown in last photo.

Weighs approx 10kg. Can be posted anywhere in NZ for around $15. Or pickup Sandringham, Auckland.
