Description
Flow Blue Doulton Burslem Biscuit Barrel/Jar. Made between 1891 and 1902. Silver Plated Collar, Handle and Lid. Made in England. Marked under the bottom with the Doulton logo surmounted by a crown and Chelsea which is the pattern name. There are two registered numbers on the base. 168550 and 227169. There is minimal wear to the silver and no cracks or repairs. Theunderneath is a little rough on the surface where it sat in the kiln.
A wonderful example of early Doulton before they became Royal Doulton. No Damage, No Restoration No repair.
