Sweet Dreams Are Made of This 1980s classic

If Heaven Is A Place on Earth then it might just be behind the wheel of this 1989 Thriller, but unfortunately it has been sitting around unused for too long and Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner, so it’s time to sell.

This auto Chariot of Fire* has just 113,000km on the clock and recently replaced cambelt. A brand new battery means there’ll be no Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go. The unique four-wheel-steering is in total working order and What A Feeling you’ll have when you use it to ease your way into a tricky parallel park.

If you Feel the Need, the Need for Speed, then the 2.0L engine will satisfy, but some pretty weird things happened the last time it got up to 88mph. As a result some of the electrics need work and there’s some minor damage to the front bumper.

Exterior is in superb condition and a bit of Wax On Wax Off should keep it that way. The interior is even better and you’ll enjoy jumping into the driver’s seat Time After Time. In fact, Everytime You Go Away you may want to whisper: ‘I’m Crazy For You’, while gently caressing the steering wheel.

On the other hand, some thinking time before going into reverse and a tendency to hold onto the keys for 10 seconds or so might have you saying She Drives Me Crazy. But before you know it you’ll be back behind the wheel knowing that this is just Another Day in Paradise.

Already thinking ‘Got My Mind Set On You’? But you haven’t even heard about the four near-new Goodyear Assurance tyres, tow bar, CD stereo and working electric sunroof.

Of course Every Rose Has Its Thorn and this isn’t currently warranted or registered – so is for sale as is and where is. But it should be pretty easy to Beat It, with the issues being some chips in the windscreen and ball joints that need replacing (last inspection report available).
