DO NOT get ripped off with a coupe thats been converted into a cabriolet. Can proof this is a GENUINE cabriolet.

Extremly rare and the most desirable classic Mercedes to have.

Car needs some work to be done,

Pros-

1. Paint work is good
2. Brand new roof installed not long ago
3. Previous owner has said that he spent over 50k doing work on the mechanics. Such as engine, and other areas.
4. I dont see any rust. Previous owner put it on a hoist with mechanic and they could not locate any rust.

Cons-

1. Interior needs to be put back together, most parts come with it. 2.Seats needs to be reupholstered, front seats did are not the original, came of another W111. Back seats original and leather, back seats in better condition than front.
2. Needs new battery, oils, fuel etc.

Work Needing to be done is mainly interior.

Most parts will come along to finish off this beauty. Such as the door covers inside, wooden bits and pieces and various other parts.

Car will need to be towed, as has not been started in 4 years.

This is a very desirable car, with Manual tranny. Over seas these fetch around 300k$$$ USD. When restored immaculately.

This is a great project for an enthusiast (like me) or some one who wants to make some good money after restoration.

This is a great investment. Price is flying up. Even by just sitting there unrestored. Sad to see this go, but not much room to keep it. If i decide to keep and restore i would need to rent storage space.
