Description
WHAT WE LOVE:
The Omega PloProf - perhaps the most absurd watch design that wears much better than it should. Here we have an original, reference no. 166.077, in excellent condition. Initially unveiled in 1969 and released to the public in 1971, the 'Plongeur Professionnel', french for professional diver and shortened to simply PloProf, this monobloc cased timepiece is rated to a whopping 600 metres. Fitted with the very appropriate Isofrane rubber dive strap, and including a box of spare parts, this beast makes for an excellent addition to any collection.
