I have owned this stunning audiophile grade amplifier for several years and rate it very highly, but unfortunately have been forced to admit an increasingly serious hoarding issue and agree to let someone else enjoy it.

Reviews of this amplifier referring to its amazing sound are spot on! The hybrid design combines advantages of both tube and transistor circuitry. The double triode valves in the preamplifier circuit add naturalness and warmth to the sound. I have rolled them to experiment with different characteristics and have found the Russian electro-harmonix 6922s give the best results for my ears - a vivid and crisp sound with muscular, tight bass and generous sound stage - but I will include a pair of JJ Electronc E88CCs with the amplifier, which also produce a very pleasant sound!

The power stage features the famous LM3886Ts (the same transistors as the legendary Jeff Rowland ‘Concentra’ amplifier) which can deliver currents of up to 12A, are protected by overloads, and deliver crystal-clear power up to 70W per channel on 8 Ohm with heaps of headroom.

The amplifier has no tone controls and constantly operates in Source Direct straight amplification mode. I have enjoyed many hours running my Fostex 208 Sigma Horns with it - the sound is superbly rich, warm and natural.

The MM/MC phono stage can handle cartridges with more than 0.2mV output voltage.

Original remote control is included, plus a generic remote control which has been specifically tuned for volume and source adjustment of the amplifier.

The amplifier is in perfect working condition.
