Auction is for shared window on the total Solar Eclipse Flight November 14th 2012 from Gisborne to total solar eclipse – airborne observation over the ocean east of New Zealand. – more than 4 minutes in the moon’s shadow at 35,000 feet altitude at 290 knots in 9-passenger King Air 350 turboprop aircraft – unforgettable drama as shadow approaches and envelops aircraft – “closest we can come to space travel” $3,000 for your own window or $2,000 to share – windows are quite large so sharing should work fine. (If you purshase and want you own window payment of the extra $1000 will secure that.)
