This drain valve is easy to install and solves the problem of a messy oil change.
How to Install:
- Remove original drain plug and drain oil.
- Hand install the valve until tight, and give 1/8 turn with a small crescent wrench on the body.
- Close the lever and refill with engine oil.
- Do not over tighten. Refer to Torque Specs in listings images.
When it is time for an oil change all you need to do is:
- Lift up the lever and turn counter-clockwise.
- Turn back the lever to close.
- Make sure the lever is secured in the locked position
