Voucher worth 50 euro, expires August 8th, 2024.
Voucher was received as compensation following us making complaint for a bad train service on our holiday last year. Unfortunately they provided a voucher (not a refund) and we will not be back in Europe until Christmas this year.
Voucher is just in the form of a code and will be emailed through to you.
"The voucher can be used in any DB Travel Centre, DB agency, at a DB ticket machine as well as when purchasing tickets through our Sales hotline. You can also redeem the voucher on http://www.bahn.com if you are registered and pay by credit card, PayPal or Sofort Banking. The voucher cannot be paid out in cash."
