This set includes, 1 Teapot and lid,1 Sugar Bowl and lid,1 Creamer, 6 Cups, 6 Saucers and 3 side plates. Note only 3 side plates Wonderful, delicate china. The box is a little worse for wear but is there and displays well with its "Fairymark Real China Teaset" graphics on the lid.
