This is a toy from about 45yrs ago, it belonged to a boy who is now 50yrs old.
It is a PLAY-JOUR make from Hong Kong. The car sits in the cage, you press down on the plate on top of the roof and work it back and forwards to wind the mechanism up. Then the car shoots out when the black button is pressed.
This is a PRETTY OLD TOY IN GOOD CONDITION.
