Amino acid chelates are generally more readily absorbed by the body, as they rely not on solubility but on protein pathways for bio-availability. Each tablet contains 1000mg Magnesium Glycinate/Lysinate Chelate powder, which can convert to approximately 49.3mg Lysine, 457.5mg Glycine and 100mg elemental magnesium.
