Used Micro Rocket 2 Wheel Scooter, has some wear but works fine. Can fold down and has adjustable handlebars. Sells for $299 new and spare parts are available if you wanted to fix the handlebars, has flame pattern.

Handlebars are a bit worn as well as missing one handlebar plug, but you can get replacements if that bothers you. I battle tested this going down Ngaio hill into the city and partly melted some of my shoe onto the back brake so probably not good for that, but fine for normal use. See photos for details.
