The Little Cloud Pelican kites can be used for kite-boarding, foiling, snow-kiting and mountain boarding. They are a very high performance kite, with either closed valves or open valves (can be configured on the kite). The power through the loop is constant and powerful; great for pulling you up the slope in the snow or when foiling in super light winds.
