This Is "Rain" Black and white Pinto pony Rising 4 year old Gelding. He was started under saddle and turned out for winter 2023. Home measured at 14.1hh.

He is up to date with feet, teeth and worming.

Rain is a very friendly and kind soul that loves to be around you and will come to the call of his name. He is currently being lead out with our two riding horses and being ridden for experience at various different locations including the Beach, River and Forest.

He is great with crossing roads and has no issues when he comes across bikes and dog walkers. Can be ridden bareback with or without a rug back to the paddock when returning to property.

He has no sign of buck, rear or any dirt.
No issues with floating, vetchecks, trimming. He has been through obstacle courses and two in hand shows. Ribbons won include: 1st Best walk, 1st Best trot, Reserve Champion (adult Hack / Pony), 1st Most suitable adult mount, 2nd horse most suitable to go home with judge, 3rd best head pony, 1st best 2/3 year old, 2nd Best movement, Champion Youngstock.

Rain will make a fantastic pony for someone, he will excel in whatever discipline he is entered into and become a best friend that will take care of his owner / rider.

Unfortunately he will not quite get to the size that I require for comfortable riding and although I would love to keep him for his amazing personality he would benefit more from being someone's best riding buddy and getting out there living an active life.

Rain draws attention from people wherever he goes and has personality plus!!! He is located near Rangiora and I have some video of him available.
