An early Wade figure, probably from the late thirties. Drake and Daddy is considered one of the rarer figures. Hand painted over a white ground.
80mm tall.
Backstamp appears to have been applied by a hand stamp, WADE ENGLAND, in Roman capitals.
There is a small chip to the edge of the base, at the front in the photo. Also, a bit of long crazing.
