Just STUNNING – Foley “MONTROSE” Tea-for-Two – just for you ?

We offer today a stunning bone china tea set, made by those great artists at FOLEY (E. Brain & Co) in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, the very heartland of quality china production in England in the good old days many moons ago.

The company started production way back in 1850. The company's markings on this so desirable set were used from about 1936.

Please check the photos for details of the dazzling display of flowers and birds (peacocks/Chelsea bird) on each item, all with golden rims. Just superb. Sadly they do not make beauties like this any more.

So here is your chance. We offer this breakfast set set as shown, with an extra plate, in a used vintage condition, for your collection/display or why not indeed for immediate use.

All cups and saucers still have a good PING. The pot stands some 14 cm tall. Sadly the lid was damaged and glued together some time ago, still missing a bit at the inside edge, as shown. It does not affect its functions and still displays very well indeed on top of the pot. Still, we have reduced the reserve for the set.
