Description
Here is a classic 80’s polyphonic analogue synth. The 1982 released Sequential Circuits Prophet 600, the Prophet 5’s little brother, which also just happens to be one of the first synths in the world to feature midi. https://www.vintagesynth.com/sequential-circuits/prophet-600 http://www.synth-db.com/synths/Sequential%20Circuits/Prophet-600/Prophet-600.php Copy of the manual: http://www.synth-db.com/Synths/Sequential%20Circuits/Prophet-600/SequentialCircuits-Prophet-600%20OM.pdf I have owned this since the late 80’s, and I think it only had one owner prior to me. It has recently been fully serviced by Alan Brown in Auckland and has received a number of new parts to extend it’s life for many years to come, and it sounds great. The synth is in pretty good condition, especially considering its age, but it has a few little marks and scratches on the case as you’d expect from a well-loved and used synth. It can be couriered, it weighs 12kg so will probably cost around $50-60 to courier. I can personally deliver for free if in the Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawke’s Bay, Kapiti Coast, Manawatu areas. I have used it for many years on lots of my tracks and now it’s time for someone else to enjoy it and have some fun with it. These are starting to sell for crazy money overseas, so get in and grab a great synth deal. If you want to see more, there are loads of videos on YouTube that you can check out.
