Eventide’s Powerful 8-Ch Effects Processor
Featuring 1,800 post-production & music effects preset algorithms, never before has Eventide unleashed so much power for your creative endeavors.
H8000FW offers 4 ch. of pristine analog I/O combined with 8 ch. of AES/EBU, ADAT & S/PDIF I/O. FireWire I/O allows connection to Mac/PC so you can directly patch 24bit audio to and from 8 ins & outs.
Analog ins feature either guitar-friendly ¼” hi impedance input jacks or XLRs. Remotely switchable true bypass.
Digital Effects Workstation – Create your own algorithms With H8000FW you will run out of ideas before you run out of DSP power. With a catalog of >230 effects modules, you can create effects never heard before from front panel or using supplied development tools for PC/OSx. Whether creating your own unique signature effect or dialing up 1 of the studio standard effects from the plethora of preset-algorithms, you'll never run out of creative possibilities.
Oodles Of Sample/Delay Memory H8000FW offers 174sec of mono / 87sec of stereo, leaving plenty of time for looping & flying in choruses. It can be used in conjunction with the arsenal of effects. Offers fast, precise triggering.
ULTRASHIFTER™ THE APEX OF PITCH MANIPULATION H8000FW incorporates Eventide’s most advanced pitch shifter optimized for human voice. UltraShifter’s real-time adaptive resynthesis allows for unmatched modification of vocal timbre. So, if you're changing gender or going for something completely bizarre, it got you covered.
This is a top multichannel effects processor from Eventide, a state of the art unit. Better in some aspects than recent H9000 (preamps, effects that cannot run in H9000 etc.). Super sad to let it go, but due to family & work commitments has been sitting there totally unused for years. Extremely little use, like new, in original box with manual & CF card.
Not in a rush, so don't bother to make unreasonable offers. Also listed internationally, so will withdraw immediately if sold there.

Is there an eve net port under the black plug? Ie can it be remote controlled by an eve controller? k******e (336 • 9:35 pm, Fri, 17 May )Hi there, the second port from the left in the bottom of the unit named "REMOTE" (of RJ-45 type, like the one used for Ethernet network connections) is the port to connect the EVE/NET controller to. Please see H8000FW manual: "EVE/NET RJ45 jack for use with Eve/Net remote controllers. See the Eventide Web Site http://www.eventide.com for more information on Eve/Net." Cheers! dioannis (848 • Friday, 17 May 2024 )Yes - I am just checking that the port is actually in there on the one for sale as the later models have the black plug but no port. I was not sure if the image of the rear of the unit showing on trademe was the actual unit for sale or an image from the manufacturers website. k******e (336 • 9:15 am, Sat, 18 May )Yes, the port has all the 8 gold pins! H8000FW is sold by a few people along with the EVE/NET as they work great together. I have uploaded a close-up photo of the actual unit showing the operational RJ-45 port. Cheers! dioannis (848 • Saturday, 18 May 2024 )Nice and I really appreciate your assistance and patience with this. I have one last question, can you confirm the first 5 digits of the serial number, as units prior to a certain serial lose the screen display clarity with time/heat issues. It should begin with FW01… if you can tell me what those 3 digits are then I can decide immediately - thanks in advance. k******e (336 • 11:06 pm, Sat, 18 May )Hi, the serial number begins with: FW-006. I never noticed any issues with the clarity of the display over time or heat. Cheers! dioannis (848 • Saturday, 18 May 2024 )
