The XLS model retains that classic original 414 sound that has been made famous by so many of the world’s best artists and producers over the years. It feels like everyone has used the 414, they’re almost ubiquitous in the industry, just google it and see for yourself :)

I had it sent in for servicing recently, just to make sure everything was still perfect and in full working order—they advised me that it didn’t need any work done, but I had them just make sure everything was in perfect working order anyway.

Comes with a case containing a pop shield, shock mount, foam wind shield, and the microphone itself, as well as all the paperwork included. The microphone is in amazing condition with only some cosmetic blemishes to the paint where the mic is mounted (see photos) from using the shock mount.
