Last time I’m reposting this before I keep it.
Fender Player Jaguar bought new in 2021
This guitar cost $1900 new and another $700 was spent on upgrades and set up costs. All upgrades were made by Andries at The Fret Shop Auckland and it plays very nicely
Currently it is set up for 11’s and will come with a fresh set of Ernie Ball Power Slinky’s on it
Below is the list of upgrades/changes:
- Upgraded bridge pickup to a Kent Armstrong P90
- Upgraded bridge to Staytrem bridge
- Changed pick guard and knobs
- Pau Ferro fretboard darkened using Montypresso relic wax (looks like a nice vintage rosewood now)
Included is the original pick guard, original bridge pickup and an average condition Fender soft case (has been kept in a hard case but I’m keeping that)
Overall the guitar is in good condition, there are 3 minor blemishes which I have pictured:
- A small scratch on the metal plate by the tone knob
- 2 marks on the guitar body. (These marks were already there when bought new from the Rockshop)
- There is a few more tiny little scuffs that you’d only notice if you were trying to find them
I can do pickup from Hamilton or I am also able to drop it off in Auckland as I go there about once a week
