You will be purchasing one week's accommodation at Club Pacific Queenstown. This entitles you to use of a one-bedroom unit which sleeps up to four people. This is a floating week entitling you to book one week each year (bookings are from Friday to Friday). This will become yours until you choose to sell.

It is a great location and makes for an affordable holiday in Queenstown. Queenstown shops and cafes are just a five-minute drive away. The annual maintenance levy is $830. (Basically this is what it costs you for a week in Queenstown or whatever location you transfer your week to). The maintenance covers refurbishment of villas, cleaners, gardeners, and general maintenance work.

You will also pay one off transfer cost/change of ownership lawyers fee of $900. BONUS banked week available for new owner - this means you could have 2 accommodation weeks this year.
