Description
We think that this vase is one of the nicest New Zealand Pottery pieces that we have seen in a long time.
- It is big -height 30 cm, maximum diameter 15 cm.
- It is a lovely shape - a bottle vase with a narrow neck.
- The colourway is sublime - an attractive blue / green.
- Victor Middlemiss (1922 - 2002) was an Invercargill potter. This most likely dates back to the late 1960's.
- The vase is in great condition with no faults
- Critics, at the time this piece was made, maintained that such bottle vases were the best pottery that Middlemiss created.
The starting price of $38.00 is the reserve.

THE FOLLOWING IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE NOTE that both the rural and non rural courier quotes are the cheapest available (ex Christchurch) from Aramex Couriers but YOU MUST check with THEM as to whether THEY consider your address to be URBAN or RURAL and WILL DELIVER. They can have quite different ideas which may (probably will) differ from yours! For example: Christchurch to Ashburton is considered Canterbury delivery, Christchurch to Timaru is considered Rest of South Island delivery, Christchurch to some parts of Kaiapoi is rural!!
They will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
