This is a delightful little bird design bowl - Swinnertons fine English china in the highly collectable luxor vellum range. Circa 1930s-40s this budgeriegar illustrated plate is rare to find - and in such wonderful condition as this. A beautiful addition to a collection and lovely to display or shadow box frame. The plate sadly does have some crazing a nibble on the side that isn't too obvious
