This 12m x 36m peg and pole was made for our Marquees over Wanaka hire business in 2015 where it was used at some extremely high profile weddings. Only very lightly used it has been in dry storage and unused for five seasons since we closed the business. Taller than a standard peg and pole marquee at 6.6m high, the marquee is spectacular and has an amazing sweeping roof giving stunning volume and appearance. The tent has always been laid on tarps so the roof, roof ties, and velcro are all in great condition with next to no wear at all. The tent has only been erected at 36m once and at 30m about five times. It has probably been erected no more than 20 times total. We have not used it in recent years as we do not have staff but could have had it rented out regularly, two people can put it up at smaller sizes but easier with three at longer lengths. The marquee was unpacked, checked and repacked in April 2024 and is in dry container storage - it is in exceptional condition. There are some very small areas of pinking mildew on the eave of one side of a roof panel and on the borders of two clear sides – these marks have been video'd / photographed. This pinking might disappear with exposure to sunlight. It will be sold as is and purchasers are welcome to come and inspect the contents of all bags upon agreement of the price but are responsible for unpacking and repacking after inspection. This can only be done on a dry day on tarps. Marquee is near Havelock North. Price $35,000 plus gst.
