Note: If the charging dock does not charge the grips and headset with silicone accessories, you will need to remove the silicone accessories.

Tips about the handle: If the handle can not be charged, you can follow the following way to troubleshoot:

1. to confirm that the cable connected to the power supply is not the original assembly of the VR (using a low-power power supply will not be able to bring the seat charger VR and handle charging at the same time)
2. need to use the product equipped with batteries and battery cover in order to use (handle orientation is consistent with the picture)
3. handle batteries need to be exhausted before charging (seat charger will recognize that there is power to enable the power-off protection function)
