Janome Memory Craft MC9700

I purchased this from Trademe in working order but unfortunately came with many small faults.

After a couple of months it presented with a major fault and was sent in the Janome repair shop.

The repair shop advised it needs:

As suspected it would appear that your "A" board needs to be replaced. RRP $1199

I opted to buy a new machine at the time and sell this one.

Currently this is how it behaves (major fault):

When I turn the machine on there is no light, no powering up of the screen, a slight flicker of light on the start stop button then the machine starts running the needle up and down at full speed and the only way to stop it is to unplug the power. (while it is doing this there is still no lights or power anywhere else).

It is a fully specced, amazing embroidery machine once you get it fixed.

Machine only but will come with a couple of memory embroidery cards, a few accessories (not many), power cord and presser foot.

Will list embroidery hoops separately at some point - not included in this auction.

Pickup only within 5 days of auction close. May be able to deliver locally at no cost to you if arrangement made. If outside of Wellington to Palmerston North - would consider meeting you half way from here to wherever you are depending on location - North Island only. Will charge up to $100 for reimbursement of fuel if this happens payable before exchange.
