Five interesting Australian opal rough cuts showing plenty of opal colours. The smallest stone has a beautiful dark green body tone, the other small one exudes intense inky blue, and the three larger gems also look promising. The last photo shows the reverse side of the stones. They are between 19mm and 30mm in length. They would decrease in size after being cut and shaped and polished. Lovely gems to collect, practice your lapidary skills on them, or include them in your jewellery designs. These natural, untreated opals are from a Jeweller's estate.
